Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Pune. This role involves providing exceptional support in a Blended Voice Process. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
The position is full-time, with a rotational day shift (6 days on, 1 day off), offering a competitive salary between ₹320,00.00 – ₹350,00.00 per year based on experience.
Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure effective issue resolution.
