Job Description
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹26,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month
Role & Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing issues and provide clear information.
- Manage inbound international customer calls.
- Listen actively to customer needs and respond appropriately.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
Required Profile:
- Minimum 6 months of international voice experience.
- Understanding of billing processes.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
