Job Description
The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies is seeking a qualified Medical Superintendent to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include acting as the custodian of clinical protocols, managing coordination between medical and non-medical services, and defining performance parameters for doctors. You will be responsible for the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all clinical specialties and conducting regular medical audits. Additionally, you will monitor diagnostic facilities, including Radiology, Pathology, and Blood Bank, to uphold service quality standards.
