Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Role: We are looking for a dedicated Back Office Executive to manage online fee collections from parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with parents regarding fee payments.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and follow-up schedules.
- Collaborate with the accounts department for efficient fee processing.
- Utilize online platforms for payment transactions.
- Send out reminders for timely payments.
Requirements: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass), basic computer proficiency, and effective communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
Compensation: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month.
