Job Description
N’casa Hygiene Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to deliver outstanding customer support. In this pivotal role, you will handle inquiries, process orders for our deep cleaning services, and effectively resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications: We prefer female candidates residing in Ernakulam, Kottayam, or Idukki. A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous, alongside a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is essential for this position.
Compensation: Up to ₹5,00.00 per month. Working hours are during the day shift.
