Job Description
Native English Academy Aluva is seeking a committed IELTS/PTE Trainer to enhance the English proficiency of our diverse student body. Founded by Sahal Salim and Faisal, our mission is to equip students with exceptional spoken English skills and competitive exam preparation, enabling them to excel in their higher education pursuits abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Conduct supplementary support sessions to aid student understanding.
- Assess and provide feedback on students’ notebooks and assignments.
- Deliver engaging lessons on IELTS and spoken English.
- Develop comprehensive IELTS teaching plans.
- Provide regular and constructive feedback to students.
- Manage basic administrative tasks related to the course.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹25,00 per month
