Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Franchise Executive to join Nellai Thatibellam Coffee. In this role, you will support franchise operations, onboard new franchisees, and ensure seamless execution of franchise agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to potential franchise partners.
- Coordinate with franchisees to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Conduct market research for franchise growth opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in franchise development or operations, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Salary: ₹10,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
