Job Description
Neogen Care is actively seeking a committed Client Relations Specialist with outstanding English communication skills to join our team in Trivandrum. This full-time position involves night shifts from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM and requires in-person attendance at our Elippode office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls.
- Coordinate appointments for patients and staff.
- Provide assistance to physicians, patients, and vendors.
- Support patient care needs with professionalism.
- Manage tasks with precision and clear communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years of experience in voice processing.
- Exceptional communication skills (American accent preferred).
The salary range for this position is ₹15,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month.
