Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidates will have 0 to 2 years of experience, be fluent in Hindi and English, with an additional regional language preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring calls, conducting audits, and providing feedback to enhance service quality.
