Job Description
We are urgently seeking 5 Female IT Recruiters to join our night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to start a career in recruitment and IT staffing. We provide comprehensive training and prioritize night safety with a company-arranged drop-off service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen resumes from job portals
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Collaborate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the onboarding process
Requirements: Female candidates must be open to working night shifts, possess strong communication skills, and have a basic understanding of IT (training will be provided).
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹30,00/month
