Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Coding and Transcription Associate. You will be responsible for coding and abstracting patient medical records, assigning billing codes, and addressing documentation discrepancies with physicians. Responsibilities include monitoring unbilled accounts, adhering to coding guidelines, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements: 2+ years of CPT and ICD-10 coding experience, mandatory coding certification, and proficiency in Windows PC applications. Strong English communication skills are essential.
