In this role, you will connect with customers via phone and face-to-face, delivering vital information regarding our products and services. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, processing account cancellations, addressing customer complaints, and meticulously recording all interactions. Your primary objective will be to efficiently resolve customer concerns while determining service charges and coordinating payments as required.
