Job Description
O3Hire is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage voice-based interactions with clients and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Update customer records and maintain documentation.
