Job Description
OneSpider Technologies LLP, an emerging leader in ERP software and mobile application development for the Pharma and FMCG industries, is seeking dedicated entry-level Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional support for our accounting, billing, and GST modules.
Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai (a short 10-minute walk from the station)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications: Commerce graduates or individuals with a 12th grade education and prior customer support experience.
Required Skills: Fundamental accounting knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
