Job Description

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products and services.

Duties include:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Managing incoming calls from customers
• Encouraging purchases and appointment scheduling
• Resolving customer issues effectively

Requirements: Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and experience in telemarketing preferred.
