Job Description
Oshadi Collective is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to become a valued member of our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with buyers and support the Senior Merchandiser in managing orders, from gathering insights to ensuring dispatch. Key responsibilities include preparing technical packs, maintaining accurate documentation, implementing new processes for enhanced communication, and evaluating vendor quality and sustainability practices.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of ₹20,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is morning shifts, with an anticipated start date of June 1, 2025.
