Experience: 2-3 years as a Breeder
Job Description:
- Handle parental seeds with full confidentiality and sow them according to the plan.
- Conduct Seed Production Research.
- Manage the breeding nursery and assist the lead breeder with selection.
- Organize land and necessary infrastructure for breeding operations.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Strong Communicator)
- High competency in MS Office
