Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Client Relations & Sales Executive to manage client communications, schedule meetings with architects and interior designers, prepare quotations, and deliver product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will coordinate procurement and installation processes with internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads through calls and messages.
- Arrange meetings with architects, designers, and homeowners.
- Maintain lead status and communication records using CRM or Excel.
- Prepare tailored quotations and conduct product demos (training provided).
- Collaborate internally for procurement timelines and manage installation inquiries.
- Serve as a liaison among sales, technical, and operations teams.
Skills Required:
- Proficient communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong Excel, WhatsApp, and email skills.
- Basic technical understanding of smart products.
- Experience in inside sales or field coordination is advantageous.
- Organized, punctual, and customer-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
