Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive/Sr. Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a contract position focused on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer complaints, requests, and queries while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions to customer issues. Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, is essential.
Ideal candidates should possess basic analytical skills, hands-on experience with CRM systems in customer service, and a background in financial services, particularly in loans.
