Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and guiding the team to achieve monthly performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and evaluate staff performance.
- Collaborate with the head office for reporting and communications.
- Efficiently handle stock management and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT sales/service or retail is advantageous.
