Job Description
Plum Benefits is in search of a dedicated Executive Reimbursement Claim Processor to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on the accurate and efficient processing of reimbursement claims for medical expenses under health insurance policies. As a key player, you will ensure that policyholders receive timely payments and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process reimbursement insurance claims in accordance with company policies.
- Thoroughly analyze and submit claims to insurers.
- Communicate with employees regarding necessary documentation.
- Lead a team of claims specialists to facilitate employee submissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
- Maintain precise records for audits and reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer support for reimbursement inquiries.
Requirements
