Job Description
Power Point Cartridge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare staff duty rosters, organize work schedules, and assign workstations. You will also provide training and mentorship to new and existing employees.
Key responsibilities include overseeing employee performance, resolving issues, and conducting performance reviews. A strong knowledge of printer models and a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing are required.
Salary: ₹30,00.00 – ₹400,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and a performance bonus. Schedule: Day shift.
