Job Description
Location: Thrikkakara, Ernakulam
Prabhu Steels is in search of an experienced Legal Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal affairs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert legal counsel to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Offer legal advice on a variety of business-related issues.
Requirements:
- LLB degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate and labor laws.
Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹35,00 per month
