We are seeking an Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, documenting bills, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and confirming the validity of debts while gathering necessary signatures.
Detailed Requirements:
– Update financial records through accounting software.
– Gather payroll expenses for entries.
– Prepare quarterly budgets under senior management.
– Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
