Job Description
PSGR Krishnammal College for Women is currently seeking a motivated Office Assistant to support the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will take on various administrative tasks to ensure an organized environment, including:
- Managing incoming calls and communications.
- Organizing and maintaining the filing system.
- Updating and preserving essential documents.
- Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism.
- Carrying out general office duties and errands.
- Coordinating events as required.
- Assisting with client reception efforts.
- Creating and managing databases effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between ₹10,00.00 and ₹15,00.00 per month, plus benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
