Job Description
Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing office events.
- Draft correspondence in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.
Qualifications: Must be proficient in Malayalam, English, and Tamil. Strong computer skills are required, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
