Job Description
Quantean is seeking a motivated Admission Process Officer to join our team! Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cold calls for counseling and admissions
- Filtering data of target audiences
- Ensuring positive results through telecalling
- Providing an exceptional customer experience during home visits with students and parents
- Liaising with local tuition teachers to maximize business opportunities
- Adhering to internal processes and compliance
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales persuasion skills and have the ability to handle customers calmly and empathetically.
