Job Description
We invite you to join the distinguished team at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar as a Tandoor Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of a variety of tandoor specialties, including kebabs, naan, and roti. You will operate and maintain the tandoor oven with utmost safety and efficiency, prepare marinades and sauces according to specified recipes, and uphold stringent food safety standards.
Additionally, maintaining a clean kitchen environment and effectively collaborating with team members for timely service are essential duties. You will also support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations while actively contributing to waste reduction and cost management.
