Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Intern to effectively coordinate with customers and vendors in order to ensure seamless order fulfillment. The intern will play a crucial role in overseeing order processes, ensuring successful service delivery, and updating real-time status on our dashboard. Regular communication with both customers and vendors is essential, and the intern will proactively resolve any issues that arise during the conversion process while also explaining procedures to customers as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the order fulfillment process.
• Guarantee timely delivery of services.
• Maintain real-time updates on the dashboard.
• Engage consistently with customers and vendors.
• Address any issues promptly.
• Clarify processes to customers when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of any South Indian language is advantageous.
• Availability for rotational shifts.
• Education in Arts or Commerce preferred.
