Job Description
Reign Recruitz Solution Pvt. Ltd. is excited to invite motivated individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Associates. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, prioritizing customer retention and efficiently resolving issues to achieve a high first-call resolution rate.
Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience in the international voice process (BPO) and demonstrate excellent English language skills alongside strong negotiation capabilities. Proficiency with CRM tools is a must.
This full-time position provides a competitive salary of up to ₹25,00, with additional benefits including night shifts, a five-day workweek, and two fixed days off (Saturday and Sunday).
