We are looking for a motivated Front Office Associate to enhance the guest experience at Rhythm Kumarakom. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and assisting with check-ins and reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate smooth check-ins and manage reservations.
• Handle phone calls and emails; process payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Utilize hotel management software effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Freshers welcome

Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends
