Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee packaging and quality control, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Quality control of outgoing orders.
- Motivating team members.
- Managing billing and cash flow.
- Store opening and closing.
- Customer interaction as needed.
- Assisting with daily operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in F&B.
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Diploma preferred.
