Job Description
Roastown Global Grill is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will warmly greet guests, express gratitude as they depart, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed menu explanations, addressing inquiries, serving food and beverages, presenting final bills, and managing the timing of dish service. Additionally, you will handle guest complaints and requests to further enhance their experience.
Education: Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in guest relations, guest services, and team management (Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person
