Job Description
Rosse Dale Suites & Hotel is currently looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, managing incoming calls, and efficiently distributing communications to relevant departments.
This role also involves collecting customer feedback on our products and services to help us enhance their overall experience.

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
