Job Description
SA MANAGEMENT SERVICES is currently seeking a qualified Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will hold a BE, DME, or MBA in production and possess 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
In this role, you will supervise the machine shop, program CNC and VMC machines, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations and establishing production schedules.
- Collaborating with procurement and design teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Monitoring and enhancing efficiency and quality in the machine shop.
- Training and mentoring staff members.
- Preparing regular reports on production performance.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary Range: ₹10,775.88 – ₹42,00.00 per month.
