Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,00 In-Hand
Shift: Rotational | 5 Days Working | Any 9-hour shift between 9 AM – 9 PM
Experience Required: 1+ Year in International Voice & Chat Support
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Hiring Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional support by addressing international customer inquiries via voice and chat.
Ensure high-quality service while adhering to productivity benchmarks.
Effectively resolve non-IT related issues and maintain detailed records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional English communication skills (Versant Level 6 required).
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
