Job Description
SAI SERVICE PVT LTD is actively seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles. In this role, you will accurately identify customer needs and utilize a probing sheet to determine necessary repairs.
Your primary responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring work progress, addressing customer complaints, and conducting follow-up communications post-service.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and contributions to a provident fund.
Requirements
