Job Description
Sanjay Hyundai is seeking a committed Customer Care Executive (CRE/SME/Pickup Drop Coordinator) to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make over 150 daily call attempts.
- Achieve a minimum of 100 successful calls per day.
- Schedule at least 12 appointments daily.
- Perform follow-ups on the third day with a 95% contact success rate.
- Handle complaint submissions and ensure timely resolution.
- Upload drop details and follow escalation protocols as needed.
- Provide customers with accurate driver information.
