Job Description
Join our esteemed team at Sanjay Hyundai as a Pickup & Delivery Coordinator (SME). We seek a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct over 150 calls daily, achieving a minimum of 100 successful connections.
- Schedule at least 12 appointments each day.
- Maintain a 95% contact ratio with prompt follow-ups.
- Efficiently manage complaint forms and resolutions.
- Process drops and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide customers with driver details.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, on-site
Requirements
