Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Collection Executive to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue loans and credit card repayments. You’ll need to effectively explain their obligations, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate daily records.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with legal teams, submitting detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using banking systems for real-time updates.
