Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Providing precise delivery information.
- Effectively liaising with customers, agents, and team members.
- Ensuring compliance with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring and updating job costs in a timely manner.
Qualifications: A minimum degree with 1-2 years of experience, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in English.
Compensation: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month
