Job Description
Shelter India Charitable Trust is currently looking for committed Field Staff to expand our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will engage in verifying information from applicants through home visits and conducting interviews with beneficiaries and their families.
Key responsibilities include photographing, collecting important documents, and evaluating the socio-economic status of applicants. This is a permanent position that offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00, along with additional benefits like cell phone reimbursement and performance-based bonuses.
Note: This role requires day shifts and in-person work, starting on 01/05/2025.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
