Job Description
Join our team at Shikshadarpana as an Admission Career Counsellor! You will manage lead conversions and provide guidance to prospective candidates via phone, email, chat, and social media. Identify references from our current students to enhance the sales pipeline and document all discussions in our CRM.
Your goal is to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for revenue and enrollments while maintaining communication with learners during onboarding.
