Shikshadarpana is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Academic Admission Authority to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in converting leads and providing comprehensive information to potential candidates through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. You will leverage our existing student network to identify references that will strengthen our sales pipeline, while diligently maintaining up-to-date records of lead conversion discussions in our CRM software.
Your primary objective will be to achieve and surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets related to revenue and enrollments, ensuring effective communication throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
