Job Description
Sitaram Ayurveda (P) Ltd is looking for a motivated and technically proficient Trainee IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the IT department with daily operations, including troubleshooting issues, managing assets, and supporting various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Assist with project implementation.
- Monitor system performance.
Candidate Specification: A minimum of 1 year of IT support experience is required, with a diploma in Computer Science preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
