Job Description
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Industry: Corporate Gifting
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries with professionalism.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the IT team for order processing.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Expand and update product catalog.
- Assist in building strategic brand partnerships.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
