Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Lead Sourcing Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and acquire business leads related to home loans from designated residential projects. The successful candidate will also be expected to explore and establish connections with projects and builders in the marketplace.
This position is performance-based, offering an incentive structure alongside flexible working hours. Please note that Sundays are mandatory workdays; compensatory time off will be provided accordingly.
Salary ranges from ₹20,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month and includes health insurance and performance-related bonuses.
