SLV Coffee Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team in Vytilla, Kochi. In this full-time position, you will manage kitchen operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between the kitchen, barista, and pastry teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), performing regular quality checks, and addressing operational challenges. You will work closely with both the barista and pastry teams to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols while mentoring junior staff members.

Preferred candidates should possess a culinary diploma along with basic knowledge of barista or pastry skills. We offer a range of benefits, including complimentary meals and paid sick leave, along with a rotational shift schedule for onsite work.
