Job Description

SMARTHMS & Solutions Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic fresher to join our Implementation Team. This opportunity will provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in our cutting-edge healthcare ERP product, while also allowing you to learn about hospital workflows and assist in the onboarding of new engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive training for healthcare ERP modules.
• Develop an understanding of hospital workflows and compliance standards.
• Observe and learn from senior team members during implementation processes.
• Help enhance training documentation for future reference.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications: A recent graduate in Engineering, IT, or Life Sciences with excellent communication skills.
