Job Description
SMC Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd is actively seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to become part of our Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and performing data entry tasks via email and chat.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, conduct data entry, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade or be graduates, possess strong written English skills, basic computer knowledge, and a typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from ₹19,771.43 to ₹33,949.83. Both day and night shifts are available.
